Collaborations

With Mark D’Esposito (link) and Bill Jagust (link) I continue to assess the role of dopamine in working memory and distractor-resistence, using pharmacological fMRI, neurochemical PET imaging (with the radiotracer FMT) and medication withdrawal procedures in patients with Parkinson’s disease. With Richard Ivry (link) I continue working with patients with focal lesions in the basal ganglia to address their necessary contribution to cognition.

I also have work ongoing with Trevor Robbins (link) using both neurochemical receptor PET imaging and other psychopharmacological manipulations to investigate the neurochemical basis of impulsivity.

With Matthew Rushworth (link) and Jacinta O’Shea (link) we collaborate using combined TMS/fMRI to investigate the effects of frontal cortex stimulation on striatal function.
