Join us for ebps 2026 in Amsterdam on 25-26 August

We are excited to announce the keynote and confirmed speakers for our 2026 workshop "Integrating new perspectives on punishment for learning, decision making and psychopathology" , which will take place in Amsterdam on August 25 and 26 (2026).

This workshop will highlight cutting-edge research into the behavioural and neural mechanisms of reinforcement learning, with a particular focus on the role of punishment. The program will cover groundbreaking advances in dissecting the specific neural circuits and neurochemical systems that process aversive outcomes. We will also explore how computational models are refining the way punishment signals are integrated into the cost-benefit analyses that guide our decisions.
